Senior Director of Biostatistics

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Biostatistics to lead strategic and operational statistical activities across clinical development programs.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute statistical strategies for clinical trials and lead biostatistics input for regulatory submissions

Oversee study design, statistical analysis, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

Manage and mentor a team of biostatisticians while driving innovation in statistical methodologies

Required Qualifications

PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field (Master's with extensive experience may be considered)

Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical trial statistics within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

Proven leadership in strategic planning and regulatory submissions

Expertise in SAS, R, CDISC standards, and statistical software

Experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff
