Restorative Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Crawford Care Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Restorative Nurse (LPN / RN) to join our nursing team. The Restorative Nurse provides restorative nursing services to residents in alignment with their individualized care plans, promoting independence, dignity, and overall quality of life. This position plays a key role in coordinating, implementing, and evaluating restorative programs, while guiding CNAs and other staff in restorative techniques.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college / university or graduate of an approved LPN / RN program.
• Current RN or LPN license in good standing with no active disciplinary actions.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience (1 year in restorative care preferred).
• Eligible to participate in federally funded healthcare programs.
• Training in restorative nursing services (or willingness to complete within 90 days of hire).
• Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
