What You'll Do :

🛡️ Represent Quality Control to guide the company’s short- and long-term quality objectives

✅ Ensure all lot testing and release activities are efficiently coordinated and executed as planned

📊 Track and meet QC quality record requirements and targets

👥 Organize, supervise, and staff reporting functions; intervene as needed to expedite decisions and meet timelines

🔬 Oversee method transfer, qualification, validation, and training for all Iovance products

🤝 Provide technical direction and align cross-functional teams on problem-solving

📈 Contribute to strategic and tactical decisions based on sound Quality principles and data

What We're Looking For :

🎯 Minimum 15 years’ experience in Pharma / Biotech, with extensive leadership in commercial QC roles

🧬 Cell therapy experience is required

🌍 Proven expertise overseeing US and EU commercial manufacturing operations

📚 Expert knowledge of FDA, ICH GxP regulations, and Health Authority expectations in US & Europe

💪 Confident, independent, proactive, and results-oriented leader

🗣️ Exceptional negotiation, communication, listening, and writing skills

🤝 Ability to build open, candid, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, including C-Suite
