WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

As our Technical Architect, you will define the product architecture that powers secure data exchange, identity management, and SaaS solutions for healthcare delivery and professional services. You’ll direct capable senior developers, set the technical vision, and guide teams to deliver high-quality products—while enjoying the entrepreneurial freedom to innovate and the upside of equity tied to results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Architect & Lead : Define and maintain scalable SaaS product architecture that meets business and technical goals.
  • Guide Developers : Provide direction to senior developers who can execute and refine architectural plans.
  • Innovate : Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve performance and quality.
  • Collaborate : Partner with product management and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure Excellence : Conduct code and design reviews to maintain quality and adherence to architectural standards.
  • Document & Communicate : Create clear architectural documentation and communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Mentor & Inspire : Foster a high-performance, startup-minded culture that encourages learning, adaptability, and ownership.
  • Influence Product Direction : Participate in product planning and occasionally serve as a Product Owner in agile sprints.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in an architectural or technical leadership role.
  • Strong foundation in design patterns, architecture styles, and modern software development methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Deep understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and architecture patterns.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex technical challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to align technical decisions with business objectives.
  • Business acumen to prioritize features that drive ROI and support the company’s growth vision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Adaptability and a passion for continuous learning in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and motivate development teams.

    BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

    The salary for this position is between $95,000 to $150,000 per year, depending upon factors such as qualifications, experience, skill levels, technical competencies, and other criteria. Employee equity compensation available for high performers. Straight-time overtime may sometimes be available too. Our benefits include the following :
