What You’ll Do :

Diagnose and resolve plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues with precision

Maintain the character and integrity of historic properties through hands-on expertise

Tackle work orders via iPhone app, prioritizing tasks and escalating when necessary

Uphold building codes and safety standards without compromise

Manage inventory, collaborate with vendors, and deliver standout service to residents and teammates

Partner with property management to elevate the resident experience

What You Bring :

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year in maintenance, make-ready, or a related field

Comfort with hand tools and physical demands (lift 50-100+ lbs, climb ladders, stand 90% of the day)

A proactive mindset, sharp problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit

Key Responsibilities :

Work Orders (60%) : Execute electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks to exacting standards, balancing speed and cost

Communication (15%) : Keep residents and teammates in the loop, coordinating with vendors as needed

On-Call (5%) : Step up for emergencies during scheduled after-hours shifts (one week / month)

Flexibility (20%) : Handle the unexpected with adaptability and focus
