Key Responsibilities
Provide analysis and direction around the quality of claims processes, specializing in worker's compensation claims
Engineer customized client audits, monitor performance metrics, and assist branches in meeting client expectations
Develop processes and procedures to ensure compliance and conduct internal and external audits
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 7 years related Worker's Compensation claims experience
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with related claims and business software
Previous auditing experience
