Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Virtual Payments Sales to lead a high-performing team of Virtual Payments Specialists and Sales Prequalification Specialists serving small business clients with annual revenues up to $2.5MM. This leader will be responsible for driving sales performance, optimizing virtual and branch-integrated workflows, and expanding adoption of our Business Essentials payment solutions.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep knowledge of payment products, and a passion for innovation in virtual sales delivery. This leader will primarily report to a regional leader of sales in the West region.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Typically eight to 10 years of relevant experience.

This role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $111,605.00 - $131,300.00
