job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician. Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely. Monitor and record patient conditions, reporting changes to supervising staff. Assist with daily living activities and rehabilitation support as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Adhere to infection control, safety, and ethical care standards. Active Maine LPN License (or Compact License). Minimum 2 years of recent long-term care experience preferred. Current BCLS certification (American Heart Association). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 12-hour day shifts 36 hours per week Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) 401k retirement plan Dental benefits Referral bonus Vision benefits Weekly pay
