Implementation Project Manager

A company is looking for an Associate Implementation Project Manager responsible for supporting program implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assets and documentation related to new implementations

Coordinate with internal teams and clients on project deliverables

Organize and execute internal meetings and client conversations to set action items

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred

3+ years of customer service experience

Proficient in Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel

Basic systems knowledge (Confluence, Smartsheet, JIRA a plus)

Ability to work productively under minimal supervision
