Our client, a top Orange County architecture firm with national reach, is looking for an Architectural Designer, (Design Job Captain), to support one of their Studio Design Teams. This is an opportunity for a passionate design professional to shape projects from the early concept stage through entitlements, with exposure to a wide range of project types.

NOTE :

  • This position is Fully ONSITE in CENTRAL OC - Hybrid or Remote NOT available
  • MUST Experience : 2+ years professional working experience; NO recent graduates please
  • Visa Sponsorships Not Available

    • YOUR IMPACT :

  • Participate in early design phases, including schematic design and site planning
  • Assist in producing plans, elevations, sections, and presentation graphics
  • Support 3D modeling and visual presentation development
  • Help maintain and organize drawing sets using company standards
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated design documentation
  • Research codes and guidelines to inform design direction
  • Understand and support deliverables across all design phases

    • WHAT YOU BRING :

  • Strong attention to detail and time management across multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative within a fast-paced design team
  • Working knowledge of planning and building codes
  • 4-year degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
  • California architectural license preferred but not required
