Project Manager – HYFIX Spatial Intelligence

What You'll Do

  • Lead projects from concept to launch, keeping timelines, budgets, and deliverables on track.
  • Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and operations teams to turn plans into action.
  • Keep everyone aligned — from execs to engineers — so the right people have the right info at the right time.
  • Spot risks before they become roadblocks and find creative solutions fast.
  • Keep the energy up and the communication clear — even when things get complex.
  • Track milestones and share progress updates that keep our teams motivated and informed.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Fluent in Chinese
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
  • 3+ years managing projects in tech, hardware, or cross-functional environments.
  • Strong organization and communication skills (you love clarity and structure).
  • Proven experience coordinating between technical and non-technical teams.

    • Nice-to-Have

  • Project Management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, Lean Six Sigma, or the Google PM Certificate.
  • Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or AI-driven products.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple moving parts in a startup-style, high-energy environment.
