Senior Managing Counsel, Contracts – Hybrid
This position supports all operations groups requiring legal guidance, serving as counsel in matters relating to contract review and negotiations. Additionally, this position provides guidance relating to contract interpretation and obligations of the company, its clients, vendors and suppliers and performs such other activities as may be directed by the General Counsel.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education / Experience
Undergraduate degree and law degree from an ABA accredited law school with superior academic credentials. Licensed to practice law. Have at least 8 - 10 years legal experience with knowledge of healthcare laws preferred. Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating client and supplier contracts is required.
