Key Responsibilities
Partner with Customer Success Managers to guide customers on effective program design and platform use during onboarding
Deliver enablement sessions to help customers maximize platform capabilities and act as a trusted advisor
Collaborate with customers to explore new features and advocate for improvements based on customer feedback
Required Qualifications
Client-facing experience in consulting, enablement, or product support roles
Strong problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs and identify impactful solutions
Experience guiding discussions with senior leaders and coaching users of various levels
Adaptability to thrive in a startup environment with evolving roles
Passion for innovation in learning, particularly with AI technologies
