Role Description

We’re seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist  who loves to play, brings positive energy, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in Osage Beach, MO. You’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders, while developing individualized treatment plans to help children thrive. You’ll collaborate with fellow therapists to provide comprehensive, client-centered care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide play-based therapy for children with speech, language, and feeding needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with families and team members
• Track and monitor client progress toward goals
• Contribute to a supportive, fun, and collaborative clinic culture
