We’re seeking an EDI Specialist (ONSITE) to keep our client’s digital supply chain running smoothly. In this key technical role, you’ll manage the flow of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions — from purchase orders and invoices to advance ship notices — ensuring seamless integration between our internal systems and our external trading partners.  You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, onboarding new trading partners, and supporting their EDI and SAP systems to keep operations efficient and accurate.

Highlighted Duties :

  • Monitor and maintain EDI transaction flows (invoices, POs, orders, ASNs, etc.)
  • Investigate and resolve EDI-related issues quickly and accurately
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all EDI support requests
  • Manage EDI projects — including mapping changes, partner onboarding, and system upgrades
  • Collaborate with EDI vendors, mapping partners, and internal teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain conversion tables, trading partner lists, and EDI supplier databases
  • Develop and maintain pallet labels using SAP SmartForms and ZPL

Highlighted Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience in EDI operations, mapping, or systems support
  • Must have experience with SAP
  • Solid understanding of EDI standards and mapping processes
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and manage multiple technical projects
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative mindset and confidence working with vendors and internal partners
  • Prefer experience with EDI monitoring tools and Python (or similar) programming experience
