Assembly Technician

Shift / Hours

Monday - Friday

Location : Fort Myers, FL

Experience : 1+ years

Pay Rate : $16 / HR USD

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician . The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products and parts efficiently and accurately, following established procedures and blueprints. This role requires manual dexterity, a focus on quality, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Assemble products and components according to work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards.
  • Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform assembly tasks.
  • Inspect parts and finished products for defects and report any issues to a supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is a plus.
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Familiarity with common hand and power tools.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
