Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Travel Ultrasound Tech for a 13-week assignment in Olympia Fields, IL. Olympia Fields offers a serene enviment with easy access to the bustling city of Chicago, providing a perfect backdrop for your next adventure.

Position Details :

  • Location : Olympia Fields, IL
  • Specialty : Ultrasound (Breast, Vascular, General, OB)
  • Experience : Minimum of 1 year in ultrasound technology
  • Certifications :
  • ARDMS certification preferred
  • BLS certification required
  • EMR : Experience with Epic is a plus

Qualifications :

  • Proficient in performing a variety of ultrasound procedures, including Breast and General
  • Ability to float between different modalities as needed
  • Familiarity with GE, Philips, and Siemens ultrasound equipment
  • Stg patient care and communication skills

    • Duties :

  • Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations in Breast, Vascular, General, and OB settings
  • Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure accurate diagnostic results
  • Document patient information and procedures in the EMR system
  • Adhere to safety and quality control standards
