The role in action

You’ll live and breathe experiments. One day, you’re building media plans and running campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, or Snap. Next, you’re teaming up with creatives to test bold new hooks or working with analysts to turn numbers into insights that actually mean something. You’ll spot trends early, try new channels before they’re mainstream, and be the go-to person your clients trust to drive performance forward.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You’ve spent a few years (3 or more) in the performance or growth marketing world, and you know your way around Facebook, Google, or TikTok Ads. If you’ve run app campaigns, even better. You’re a strong communicator who can turn CAC and metrics into stories clients actually understand, and you thrive in an environment where testing, learning, and iterating quickly is the norm.
