Client Relationship Leader II
KLJ is seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to lead business development, client engagement, and project delivery within a defined practice area. This "seller-doer" role blends technical expertise with client-facing strategy to grow accounts, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional service across multiple ongoing projects.
Key responsibilities include :
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships; serve as a primary point of contact
- Develop client development plans and track opportunities using CRM tools
- Lead or support project pursuits, including proposals, scopes, and budgeting
- Oversee project performance, team collaboration, and contract execution
- Monitor key project metrics such as budget, timeline, and client satisfaction
- Mentor team members in client service and project management best practices
- Provide input on operational decisions, staffing, and account growth
- Represent KLJ at industry events and in the community
Qualifications required :
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field10+ years of relevant experience in a seller-doer or client-facing technical roleDeep knowledge of the A / E / C industry and project delivery processStrong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skillsProficient in CRM, project management tools, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to travel as needed; valid driver's license requiredSalary expectation for this role will fall between $100,000 and $140,000.
