Senior Optical Network Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Optical Network Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer networks and plan integration / conversion requirements

Implement upgrades to customer networks without service disruption

Create and manage Engineering Method of Procedures (EMOP) for modernization projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Proficiency in Ciena products, particularly 6500, RLS, and Waveserver

Extensive technical expertise in optical networking with hands-on experience

Systems-level understanding with the ability to learn new concepts quickly

Proven ability to work effectively within a high-performance team
