A growing and reputable Home Care Agency is seeking a full-time Scheduling (PCA) Coordinator to join our dedicated team at our Spring Valley, NY location. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, providing prompt, courteous, and professional assistance while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Coordinate and assign caregivers to open shifts based on availability, skill set, and patient needs.
• Accurately process payroll for caregivers within the assigned caseload, meeting all deadlines.
• Proactively address and resolve concerns or issues raised by patients, caregivers, or internal team members.
