As a Direct Support Professional, youll be a trusted presence in the lives of those we serve. Whether youre helping with day-to-day tasks or supporting a new life skill, youll play a meaningful role in someones journey toward greater independence.

What You'll Do

• Support individuals with everyday activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and personal hygiene routines.
• Take individuals on community outingswhether for appointments, errands, or just to enjoy the day.
• Track and document changes in overall health and behavior to support their care.
• Assist with medication reminders or administration when needed.
• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
