Licensed Mental Health Counselor

A company is looking for a Licensed Counselor for their Employee Assistance Program, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Support and empower employees and their families by guiding them through personal and work-related challenges

Collaborate with individuals to create actionable plans for addressing short-term problems

Identify and connect clients with external professionals and resources for specialized assistance

Required Qualifications

Three or more years' experience in behavioral health

Master's degree in counseling, Mental Health, Social Work, Chemical Dependency, or a related field

Clinical licensure and completion of clinical supervision required

Licensed to practice Mental Health in the state of residence

Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet in the United States or Puerto Rico
