Hybrid Work
We see the office as a place to come together and do extraordinary things. Everyone local to our Minneapolis and Philadelphia offices are expected to work from the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week.
We are seeking a Broadcast Media Buyer. The Broadcast Media Buyer negotiates and implements broadcast buys, enters information into tracking system, maintains contracts, and performs post-analysis. This will also include internal collaboration, supporting presentations to clients, and maintaining positive industry relationships. Broadcast Buyer will support Broadcast Manager on platform level initiatives and media negotiations. This role is responsible for keeping teams / department abreast of developments in broadcast industry.
Day to day responsibilities for the Broadcast Buyer include but are not limited to :
Local broadcast negotiationsUnderstands principles of local radio and television negotiationsExperience developing market expertise in large and small DMAsCultivates relationships with vendors and other outside entitiesUnderstands client objectives, resources, and pros / cons of approaches to address themWorks closely with media strategy team on broadcast planning ratesFulfills role on team seamlessly, working with accuracy and urgencyDemonstrates initiative to understand, master, and implement innovative ideasCross Platform Stewardship

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to budget, relevant experience, qualifications, and tenure in similar roles. Consideration may also be given to internal salary data for current or former employees in the same or similar positions.
Salary Range : $52,000-$64,000 annually
