About the Role :

As an Assistant Manager , you’ll take ownership of the site in the absence of the Site Manager, helping to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure an outstanding experience for every customer. You’ll also learn the ins and outs of site management, preparing yourself for future leadership roles, including Site General Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Engaging with customers and fostering a positive environment.
• Leading and motivating the team to deliver top-notch service.
• Selling Sparkle’s Unlimited Club Plans to maximize revenue.
• Taking ownership of operations and maintaining Sparkle’s high standards.
