About The Position

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals, progress, and home exercise programs.

Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Monitor and reassess treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.

Work collaboratively with physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and professional standards including HIPAA and state licensing requirements.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program.

Active state license (or eligible) to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience with EMR systems preferred.
