The Marketing & Sales Coordinator role will provide the training & foundation needed for a successful professional future in commercial construction. The "Right Person" for this role will possess a great attitude, willingness to learn, be detail-oriented, and possess a graphic design background. Your team will provide the training needed to understand the company, industry, and competitive landscape. Your input, ideas, and fresh perspective are welcome! Salary Range : $35,000-$48,000
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Creation (Canva)
- Maintain & Update the company's Trade Show materials
- Booth background, table setup, giveaways, etc.
- Maintain & Update the company's printed marketing materials
- Folders, Capability Statements, Business Cards, etc.
- Maintain & Update the company's website (WordPress) to ensure content is current, accurate, and engaging
- Collaborate with the department manager to publish monthly blog posts highlighting industry trends, company news, and relevant topics.
- Maintain & Update the company's presence on social media (LinkedIn), including content creation, post scheduling, and engagement analytics.
Event Planning & Coordination
Assist department manager in identifying & coordinating relevant Networking EventsTrade Shows, Trade Association Events, etc.Coordinate event logistics, including registration, display materials, and promotional items.Business Development Support
Assist department manager with prospecting list creation & electronic outreach through CRM platformIncludes Emails & Text MessagesAssist the sales team with CRM data entryReporting & Analytics
Assist department manager in reporting on the effectiveness of Trade Shows, Prospecting, and other Business Development activitiesMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Marketing preferredIn lieu of a Marketing Degree, a minimum of two years Marketing experience is preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent Verbal, Written, & Interpersonal skillsProficiency in graphic design software, digital marketing tools, and CRMs. Platforms include Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce, Salesloft, Slack, LinkedIn, & WordPress.Ability to work effectively both independently & as part of a team.Ability to work effectively in-person & virtually.Willingness to travel, as needed, to attend industry events locally, regionally, & nationally.Benefits
