Players Health is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact co-marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Integrated Marketing, this role will be responsible for turning co-marketing campaigns into powerful brand activations including events, campaigns, and content collaborations that amplify awareness, deepen engagement, and drive measurable business results.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in account management, co-marketing programs, or experiential marketing ideally in the sports or brand spaces. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and flawless execution, as well as the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. The Marketing Manager role has a compensation range of $75,000 - $90,000, depending on skills and experience.

As part of a remote-first, distributed workforce, this position offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity near our employee hub. (Minneapolis, MN) Travel may be required for partner activations, events, and team collaboration. Responsibilities (are inclusive of but not limited to) :

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of co-marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and manage integrated campaigns across channels (digital, social, email, events, etc.) that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
  • Own co-marketing relationships from kickoff to post-campaign reporting, serving as the primary marketing point of contact and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, content, product, sales) to deliver high-impact activations on time and within budget.
  • Produce and support brand activations, including live events, webinars, and content collaborations, with a focus on audience experience and brand storytelling.
  • Track and report campaign performance, using data to optimize future initiatives and demonstrate ROI to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a campaign calendar and ensure visibility across marketing and partner teams to support planning and prioritization.
  • Contribute to brand strategy, messaging, and positioning through insights gained from partner and audience engagement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, especially in youth sports, wellness, and brand partnerships, to inform innovative marketing approaches.
  • Support the Head of Integrated Marketing with strategic input, reporting, and special projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional travel for team engagement, collaboration, or events.
  • Minimum Skills & Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on co-marketing, brand partnerships, account management, or experiential marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage 5+ partner relationships simultaneously, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and mutual value.
  • 2+ years of experience producing or supporting with cross-functional teams and external collaborators.
  • Strong project management skills, including ownership of timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong emotional intelligence skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Desired Characteristics :

  • Although not required, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field is desired.
  • Experience in the sports, wellness, or youth-focused industries, or with mission-driven brands.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience and / or ability to influence without authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to build connections and rapport cross-departmentally.
  • Participant / involvement in or strong understanding of the youth / amateur sports landscape.
  • Additional Requirements :

  • Ability to travel occasionally for team events, collaboration, engagement, conferences, or customer visits.
  • Must have a dedicated safe and secure remote work environment.
  • Must have the ability to work and be productive in a remote work environment.
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and ability to work autonomously.
  • Proactive communicator in all communication methods, including email (Outlook), verbal (in-person & phone), instant messaging (Slack & Teams).
  • Willingness and ability to attend virtual meetings with camera on we respect that there are times when employees may need to turn their camera off.   • Located in or willingness to work on Central or Eastern Time Zone.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Work location must be in the United States.
