Position Type : Part-Time Average Hours : Fewer than 30 hours per week Starting Wage : $17.00 per hour Wage Increases : Year 2 - $17.50 | Year 3 - $18.00 | Year 4 - $18.00 | Year 5 - $19.00

Duties and Responsibilities : Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Cashier Responsibilities :
• Processes customer purchases, performs general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provides exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience
• Provides feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
• Participates in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Stocker Responsibilities :
• Stocks shelves and rotates product properly to guarantee fresh product is available for the customer
• Follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays
• Organizes new inventory, removes and breaks down empty boxes
• Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures
• Store Associate Responsibilities :
• Assists with Curbside Shopping orders
• Store Associates are responsible for both cashier and stocker responsibilities listed above
• Physical Demands :
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store
• Store Associate & Stocker : Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights
