Key Responsibilities

Lead process redesign for high-impact AI initiatives across student and employee lifecycles

Map current-state workflows, identify friction points, and AI-readiness gaps

Design AI-first future-state processes integrating automation and intelligent agents

Required Qualifications

6+ years in business process design, operations strategy, or enterprise transformation

Proven experience in process mapping, systems thinking, and workflow optimization

Strong understanding of AI's role in business processes

Experience working with cross-functional teams in business and academic environments

Familiarity with tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, BPMN, or process mining platforms
