Bilingual Quality Auditor

A company is looking for a Bilingual Quality Auditor to evaluate and enhance associate performance by ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed analysis of quality performance metrics for individuals, teams, and the organization

Perform audits, coaching sessions, and development meetings to support associate improvement

Maintain internal quality data to track trends and guide performance enhancement strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

2 years of experience in an international contact center with quality experience

2 years of healthcare experience

Fluency in Spanish and English required
