Location : Kennewick, WA

Pay Rate : $25 / hr

What You’ll Do :

As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring the property remains safe, functional, and beautiful. Your day-to-day will include :

Performing routine maintenance and repairs across the community, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry work

Completing service requests promptly and professionally

Preparing apartments for new residents through timely and thorough turns

Supporting after-hours emergency maintenance as part of an on-call rotation

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in multifamily or related maintenance work

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

HVAC certification preferred but not required

A customer-focused attitude and commitment to quality service
