What we’re looking for :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)2 to 4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical analyst roleProficiency with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and troubleshooting techniquesExperience with networking (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and IT ticketing systems (Jira preferred)Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and enterprise productivity toolsStrong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced, service-driven environmentDay-to-day, you’ll be :
Installing and repairing IT equipment and software across facilitiesResponding to service desk requests and troubleshooting incidentsSupporting moves, adds, and changes for users across CMG locationsMentoring entry-level analysts and training staff on technology useMaintaining documentation and escalating complex issues when neededParticipating in on-call support rotation to keep operations running smoothlyIf you’re ready to grow your career with a company guided by strong values, we’d love to hear from you.
