Senior Analyst - Army Aviation Special Staff Officer (SSO)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Army Aviation Special Staff Officer (SSO) to support Army Aviation programs within the Force Development Division (FDV). This Key Personnel role requires operational experience in aviation units and the ability to manage Army Acquisition Category (ACAT) II and III programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of aviation equipment and Army acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Army Aviation programs and modernization efforts
• Apply operational experience from company to brigade-level aviation units
• Manage and advise on ACAT II and III program execution
• Coordinate with Army stakeholders to support aviation capability development
