About the Role :
The associate will work as a member of the America's Regional Investment Team working collaboratively on the execution of investments within the region. The role is to support the investment management function in sourcing and assessing new opportunities, the due diligence of transactions; preparation of investment recommendations; asset management of investments; client reporting; and mentoring junior team members.

CBRE Investment Management carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $140,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE IM's applicable benefit program.
