Overview

This ad is for an EXPERIENCED Auto Body Tech / Bodyman ONLY and is not an entry level position. G & C Auto Body has been family owned and operated by the Crozat family since 1972 with a strong commitment to excellence and world class customer service. We have 53 locations in Northern California with plans to expand. We provide a family feel with the structure and support of a larger corporation, consistent hours, advanced equipment, ongoing education / training and great benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Restore vehicle back to pre-accident condition
  • Includes tear down and reassembly
  • Welding
  • Replacing panels
  • Grind, sand and fill repair panels
  • Framework
  • Additional duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and quality repair

Qualifications

  • I-CAR certifications a plus, but not required for all positions
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Minimum 2 years\' experience in a collision repair organization
  • Read and interpret written repair orders

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay : 80,000 - 150,000 expected annually (30 to 36 per hour plus eligibility for variable production-based bonuses)

    • Hours

    Hours : Monday - Friday, 7 : 15am - 5 : 15pm with a 30 minute lunch

    We are looking for someone who is up to the challenge of handling any and all repairs coming in to these locations. You will have access to all top of the line equipment in a shop to call your own!
