Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements :  Valid Texas OT license or certification\n\t
  • Certifications Requirements :  TX OT certification, BLS certification, CPR certification\n\t
  • Experience Requirements :  Minimum of 1 year of Skilled Nursing experience, previous experience in a rehabilitation setting\n\t
  • Other Requirements :  Ability to work Monday-Friday, reliable transportation for housing independently, strong communication skills\n

  • Provide skilled Occupational Therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring personalized treatment plans.\n\t
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement effective therapy programs.\n\t
  • Document patient progress accurately and update treatment plans accordingly.\n\t
  • Maintain compliance with all facility policies and licensing requirements.\n\t
  • Evaluate patient needs and modify therapy approaches to optimize recovery outcomes.\n
