A company is looking for a Telehealth Mental Health Provider - PMHNP in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications

Prescribe medications and diagnostic tests to aid in providing accurate diagnoses

Formulate suitable treatment plans and maintain accurate records of patients' information

Required Qualifications

Must be a PMHNP

Minimum of 2 years clinical experience with prescribing controlled substances

Must have a valid DEA and Medical License (multi-state preferred)

Mental health certification is preferred

Minimum of 2 years of mental health experience is required
