Digital Product Analyst

Overview

The Digital Product Analyst is a key part of the GAM Digital Data & Analytics team, responsible for delivering collection, measurement, and analysis of data to provide insights and recommendations on the digital customer journey. The Digital Product Analyst supports developing a shared understanding of customer behavior through engagement data to drive actionable recommendations that encourage customer reliance on digital tools and drive profitable sales growth.

This position will be a hands-on role developing measurement plans, building new / maintaining existing dashboards, generating insights from website and mobile app behavioral data and supporting the optimization of our overall digital presence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and project management skills with hands-on experience documenting and implementing technical analytics requirements. This position requires a strong data analytics background, with a focus on web analytics within ecommerce.

Qualifications

Required :

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Digital / Ecommerce, IT or related field
