Onsite | 9 / 80 Schedule | Yearlong Contract (Intent to Convert Full-Time)
We're seeking a Reliability Engineer with a Fixed Equipment focus to drive reliability programs, lead root cause investigations, and support turnarounds, shutdowns, and capital projects. This role is a 60 / 40 split between strategic reliability initiatives and hands-on field work , working closely with operators and mechanics to improve asset performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead RCFA, RCM, and FMEA to improve fixed equipment reliability.
- Support steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, pumps, seals, vibration / lube oil analysis
- Provide engineering support during turnarounds, shutdowns, and capital projects
- Partner with inspections to maintain the Mechanical Integrity Program and ensure compliance with codes / standards.
- Utilize SAP (CMMS) for reliability tracking and program development.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering + 10+ years in Oil & Gas or related industriesStrong background in fixed equipment reliability and asset management.Experience with FCC, Alky, ULSG, Boilers preferred.Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to work closely with field teams.Details
