Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to maintain the community's facilities, including landscaping, lighting, and other areas. Paint interior and exterior surfaces of the property as needed, using appropriate techniques to ensure quality and durability. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and paint storage area. Monitor and maintain the pool’s chemical balance, cleanliness, and equipment functionality, following local and state regulations. Ensure pool area safety and cleanliness for residents and guests. Comply with all safety procedures, regulations, and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately. High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1+ years of experience in maintenance, specifically within multifamily properties preferred. Proficiency in general maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair. Pool certification (CPO) preferred or willingness to obtain. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
