What You'll Do :

  • Plan and lead engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Design and schedule meaningful programs tailored to residents’ preferences
  • Coordinate with outside groups and vendors to enhance programming
  • Ensure activities meet quality and safety standards
  • Provide personal care and delegated nursing services as needed
  • Report directly to the Community Director and support overall resident satisfaction
  • What You’ll Need :

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with seniors
  • Proven experience planning and leading activities for older adults
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and compassion for working with older adult
