Here's a summary of responsibilities :
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key player in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders, participating in discovery to understand their challenges, and with technical teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
Here’s how you’ll have an impact :
Product Ownership
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming and sprint planning to support implementation of new functionality.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for our technology applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our business users.
- Assist with product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements to align with business goals.
- Manage user access, governance and application configuration to support business needs.
- Coordinate communication and feedback between stakeholders and technical teams.
Business Systems Analysis
Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct process mapping, and translate business needs into detailed user stories.Act as a liaison between internal business partners and the technical teams to ensure the best solutions are possible, determined, and implemented.Facilitate quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements.Create and maintain clear documentation for applications and new features.Develop and deliver training to new and existing users.Agile Project Delivery
Support agile methodologies (kanban / scrum) to manage work in progress and track milestones.Facilitate the implementation of new features and products, from planning to launch.Monitor and communicate project statuses to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams and divisions.Perform other duties as assigned.Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective :

Here's some more information you need to know :
Hiring pay range $57,000 - $65,000 per yearThis Full-Time, Exempt position is intended to work 40 hours per week.Bonus : This position will be eligible for the Annual Incentive Award Program, which has a 10% target.
