Key Responsibilities
Analyze stop loss carrier data to identify trends and market opportunities
Prepare materials for carrier partner meetings and support documentation of goals and priorities
Evaluate carrier product offerings and conduct research on industry trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience
3-5 years of experience in healthcare insurance, employee benefits, underwriting, or consulting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data visualization tools preferred
Legal right to work in the United States
