THE JOB

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Azure Support Engineer

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Responsible for managing and troubleshooting applications in the Azure environment
• Monitor Azure applications for any operational issues or discrepancies
• Work with the development team to troubleshoot and fix application issues and ensure optimal performance
• Handle incident and problem management tasks related to Azure applications
• Assist in Azure application upgrades and patches
• Provide technical support to users, answering queries and resolving system-related problems
• Collaborate with system engineers to ensure seamless application integration
• Analyze application performance and provide recommendations for improvements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Azure application configurations and procedures
• Perform backup, file replications, and script management for Azure applications
• Help in implementing security measures and protocols to protect data in the Azure environment
