Senior Configuration Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager Configuration Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and govern Configuration Data Management (CDM) practices across multiple programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with requirements

Provide leadership and direction to the CDM team, focusing on performance management and talent development

Represent the CDM function to senior leadership, customers, and regulatory authorities, ensuring data integrity and change control

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in Configuration Data Management

8+ years of progressive managerial experience leading professional staff

Deep knowledge of configuration management standards (e.g., AS9100, EIA-649) and lifecycle practices

US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance are required

Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to manage risks and ensure compliance
