The Nursing Supervisor provides leadership for the coordination of clinical and administrative activities for patients and associates on a specific shift. Is accountable for the delivery of quality care, patient safety and satisfaction, and staff performance on a specific shift.

Pay Range : Minimum $64.34 Midpoint $85.25 Maximum $106.15

Experience :

• Required : Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in the healthcare industry. Four (4) years of experience in clinical specialty.
• Preferred : Four (4) years of nursing management experience in a clinical area of an acute care facility.
