Job Title : Registered Nurse – Emergency Room\nLocation : Hyannis, MA\nType : Contract\nShift & Schedule : Night shift (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM), 3x12s / week, includes alternating weekends and holidays\nDuration : 13 weeks\nPay rate : $62.00 – $65.00 per hour\n\nPosition Overview : \n\nNavitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse – Emergency Room for an exciting Travel or Local job in Hyannis, MA.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience\n
• At least 1 year of ER travel nursing experience\n
• Active Massachusetts RN license\n
• BLS & ACLS certifications (required and must be maintained)\n
• Successful completion of CCH Pharmacology exam & Basic Arrhythmia exam\n
• Proficient in : \n
• IV administration and IV starts\n
• Ventilator care\n
• Telemetry monitoring\n
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n
• TNCC, ENPC, and PALS certifications\n
• Completion of an approved de-escalation certification course\n\nPurpose & Responsibilities : \n
• Deliver patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)\n
• Administer medications and monitor patient response\n
• Direct and support patient care and ancillary staff\n
• Maintain professional nursing standards in line with hospital policy\n
• Ensure accurate patient documentation and discharge planning\n
• Serve as charge nurse when assigned\n
• Participate in staff meetings, mandatory programs, and continuing education activities\n
• Adhere to all safety and infection control policies\n
• Maintain ongoing professional development and competency\n
