Valet Supervisor
Pay Starting At : $23.00 / hour
Job Summary : Responsible for overseeing all valet processes within the hotel. Uses analytical skills to ensure the valet function is adequately staffed while maintaining department budgets, goals, and objectives.
Major Responsibilities :
- Directly lead recruiting initiatives for attendant roles. Focuses on filling all open requisitions with right-fit candidates that will be successful in their future positions.
- Oversees the creation of department scheduling standards. Ensure line schedules are completed consistent with company policies and that all budgetary goals are adhered to. Assists the Manager with all aspects of labor planning, including partnering with other support teams as needed.
- Provides continuous development, coaching, and support to department. Meets regularly with team to promote alignment between labor standards, scheduling standards, and operating goals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education :
High school degree or GED required.Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.Experience :
1+ year of supervisory experience required.or equivalent combination of education and experience.Additional Information :
