Automotive Guest Services Representative

Stress-Free Auto Care Northern California Starting Pay : $24 / hr + overtime + bonus potential

If you've got the people skills but lack the car know-how, we've got you covered with a paid, hands-on 12-week training academy that gets you shop-ready.

What You'll Do

  • Greet guests and document their concerns with clarity and empathy
  • Write and manage service repair orders from start to finish
  • Build accurate digital estimates and recommend preventive services
  • Coordinate technician workflow and keep customers informed in real time
  • Finalize invoices, explain completed work, and schedule future appointments
  • Uphold high standards through proper documentation and KPI tracking

You're a Fit If You Have...

  • 1+ year in sales, hospitality, call center, or any guest-facing role
  • Tech confidence : 50+ WPM typing, and ease with multitasking across screens, phones, and chats
  • Strong communication skills; Spanish / English bilingual is a plus
  • A valid driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record
